I requested a delivery of flowers be made to my mother the day before valentines day in the morning. I thought this would be acceptable. Apparently that is not an acceptable request, after I was called and informed of that I was greatly disappointed. I felt helpless being over 300 miles away. The flowers were delivered to my wife's workplace before noon on the day I specified with no problems. They looked great! These were the best looking flowers I have ever bought, and they continued to look great for nearly 7 days after delivery. And, the flowers smelled even better than they looked! Flowerland did cost a bit more than previous florists I've used, but the quality was well worth it!

I was very disappointed that I did not get the stargazers that were on the website. Then, when the arrangement was delivered,it was mostly bulbs. I recognize that they opened eventually and were pretty but I would never have authorized a bouquet of bulbs.
